Hello, Welcome to my website. My name is Scott Stephens and I am the owner of West Coast Home Improvement. I have been in construction for over 24 years and I love it. In 1998 I opened WCHI because I found myself building mostly special use additions and freestanding structures. I am attracted to this work because of the dramatic change that it makes--both in appearance and functionality. I work closely with my customers from designing to actually building the improvement.
